At Balanced Strides, I help your horse move, feel, and perform at their absolute best. As a Certified Canadian Equine Massage Therapist based in Calgary, I provide specialized massage, breathwork, and stretching designed to support total-body health and harmony.

Equine massage delivers powerful benefits: improved circulation, increased comfort, better flexibility and range of motion, faster recovery after exercise, reduced scar tissue, and a calmer, more focused mind. When muscles and joints work smoothly, your horse moves with ease, confidence, and balance.

Healthy movement is the foundation of peak performance. I’m here to help your equine partner stay strong, supple, and ready for every stride ahead.

I recommend that horses that are working 3+ times a week should be on a 4-week massage schedule. Consistency in a massage schedule is important to maintain for the best health of your horse.

Each session runs between 60 min to 90 min in length. I start off each session with a health check which includes grooming, hoof cleaning, checking gut and heart sounds and assessing your horse. I then work on the areas either you or your horse indicates as concerns.

I’m currently offering an Introductory Special of $109 for your first session (regularly priced at $139)

MULTI-HORSE BOOKINGS

2 horses (60-minute massages) - $109 each

3 horses (60-minute massages) - $99 each

4+ horses (60-minute massages) - $89 each

All pricing includes GST

A travel fee will also be charged:

0-25 km - no charge

26-55 km - $30 flat fee

56+ km - $50 flat fee

Cancellation Policy

Any appointments not cancelled within 24hrs will be subject to cancellation fees. Multiple services (two or more horses) require 48hrs cancellation notice.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

-Cancellation with less than 24hrs notice (48hrs for two or more horses) is the full session fee.

I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Balanced Strides Inc.
